Hi All. I need some help while a collegue is away. A customer wants to divert any incoming call on any ddi coming in on their ISDN straight back out to an external number. I have access through manager E, but need some directions as to how this can be achieved.

you need to make all calls go to a new ring plan by doing ddis to a extn don't forget your timers make it 1 second program a extn to forward to the external number (groups don't forward external numbers then put your phone system into the new ring plan and you should be ok to go

Strange was replying to Samsung and it hopped over to Siemens take back what I said
long time since I worked on Siemens forgot most about them
