Got a Lucent Partner has a Page Pac D20 on it. It quit working he said he had to push intercom and the button on the phone and dial 01 for it to work before. Im guessing 01 is zone 1. The phones dont even page. There is nothing under the button when push button nothing comes up on display either. Is it to be *70 under button. When dial *70 the phones wont page. Thank You

Intercom 70 (without the *) is Loudspeaker Paging Intercom *71, *72, *73, *74 is paging to the internal paging groups
Partner ACS added Simultaneous Paging, Intercom *70, which is Loudspeaker and Group 1. If you don't have anyone in Group 1, Intercom *70 will also fail.

Well, how about you go and look to see how it's connected to the Partner system and if there is anything else besides the D20. Then come back and tell us. -Hal
