my customer has an sbx and on one line he wants the called party see a differant name and number when he calls. is there any equiptment that will do this. thanks. dave

I take you want your customer to have a certain number show on an outbound call? You can control outbound cid numbers yourself when you are using a PRI or SIP lines. If you have analog lines then it may be possible to have the provider show the actual number for that line as opposed to the MBN (main billing number). The provider may have other options as well.

they are analog lines and thats what i recomended to the customer but the tel co is so hard to deal with here he wanted me to see if there were any other options. thanks for the info. dave
