telrad V6 system. With a imagen Voicemail PC

System works fine, callers can get through to voicemail leave messages fine. users can connect to their mailbox using the message button when they have mail. Auto attendant is working fine.

Problem is that our IVM is set to DN 8300. if we forward a phone to this number it works fine picks up asked for the mailbox number etc. however when you try dialing direct from an extensions the 8300 it just cuts off.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Seems like you would be able to call it. Did you check any class of service restrictions or are you using any type of tennant service?

You can not intercom call a group that you are part of.
