I am trying to setup a TVSe in one of our Telrad S-128s. The TVSe came out of an S-400 from an old site, but had been in storage for 4 years.
The S-128 has an IPEX1 in a UNITe cabinet running eCA1.20
The TVSe is about the same vintage (2002-03) and I recently replaced the failed hard drive with a CF card with TVSe software 3.48. The U62 chip is v2.7.
Currently I have the TVSe card configured and running (Linux side). The TVSe is configured in slot 3-1 in eManager, but the PBX does not see the card.
There are no bent pins on the backplane, and and there are available power Units in "Cabinet" 3 as the only card on that PS1 module is the TVSe.
Any ideas on why the TVSe is not seen by the PBX? Do I need to upgrade the u62 chip or E2E version? It has been many years since I installed Telrads, so I may be a bit rusty on the software versions. ;-)

I believe your u62 needs to be 3.2 for 3.48 software
