I loaded 5 computers and all five exhibited different results. All worked fine on Win 7. I have also come to realize that one needs to replace the hard drive with a new one and slave the old one with all the files. I removed Win 10 and reverted back to Win 7 only because Win 7 works and I don't have time to mess with all the quirks of Win 10.
