We have a 5000 system with 2 nodes. My office is Node 1, our remote office is Node 2. The receptionist at Node 2 uses Attendant Console on her PC and is able to see all of the Node 2 phones without issue We have a few people who work in the remote office but their phones are on Node 1 and the receptionist would like to see their status on her console. The Node 1 phones are set as IP/Digital Off-Node devices on Node 2 and vise-versa.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You will need 3 things.
1. Make sure that both OAI's are enabled on the license on Node 1.
2. CT-Gateway software and dongle.
3. The existing Attendant Console dongle will need to be replaced with a Multi-Node Attendant Console dongle.
The CT-Gateway computer will gather the OAI streams from both nodes and then provide the information to the Attendant Console.

Sounds like a lot of work for only 4 phones (the ones that are on Node 1)...maybe she can just put DSS buttons on her phone to see their status.
