Our receptionist is seeing the following message displayed when she tries to transfer a call to a specific user's station button: "non headset is unplugged". She can transfer calls there via the extension (number) successfully. Everything is working fine at the station. I'm not having any (good) luck searching on this particular error ... Any thoughts would be appreciated.
