What program do I use to program a TVS 125, & is it available as a free download? My computer has "VISTA", & I don't see anything in the start menu to use.

That's because Vista doesn't have a native wintrm program. Try PuTTY https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html

Click on SSH Serial and follow the directions.

Hyper Terminal. Any serial comm program.

Defaults to 9600, 8 N, 1.

Std 25 pin to 9 pin comm cable. Not a modem cable.

Sent cheat sheet.
