Hi all,

Has anyone had any experience with the Caracas server for hotels on the Siemens systems.

we have one that was working for years on a site, they have moved it on to a VMware on a server and have new front of house system

the problem is the Amhost service is ok but we have to stop and start the MR service to get the smdr to populate the Hicom MR service window and then it will go to front of house software. the port on the system shows connected with cts and will talk to the amhost part of the software.

Any ideas would be welcome
