says 01:06 Internet Protocol Resource Card (32-Device)
So I'm guessing that's the old one.
Can you think of anything I need to look at in Session Manager that would prevent the one guy from getting an outside line?

That sounds like the newer style firmware. I would try hyperterminal to see if you can get any info from the card.

For outside access: Go to System\Devices and Feature Codes\Stations\Specific station\Associated Extensions\Outgoing Extension. Make this the extension other stations are using.

DB studio 1.51 Inter-Tel 8.200 Telnet to the IPRC IP address, enter the password and select option B from the menu. You'll be at a OLMN> prompt. Type MSGP and press return. Enjoy!

So...while we're on this kick..
All my IP phones have the default Remote Server IP address in the network configuration.
Should this be changed to the actual address of the IPRC card?
10.1.xxx.xxx for local endpoints, and 64.xxx.xxx.xxx for the remote ones?

A 10.x.x.x IP is an internal private network. As is 172.16.x.x and 192.168.x.x The 64.x.x.x indicates an external address...from your ISP.

I understand that...I built it. My question is, should the remote server address for the phones be set to those addresses instead of the default?

Any clues? Should I turn up the timeout period? Sniffing traffic thru to the card doesn't show drops on the network.

Are you referring to the field under each endpoint in DB Studio or in the endpoint itself?
The endpoints you have (based on the version 1.01S output) will not observe the DB Studio remote server IP field -- that's for previous generation endpoints.
As for the IP to point these to... You posted earlier that you had 8.200. NAT isn't supported at that version so you'd need to have the card in a DMZ, then point ALL endpoints to the public address.
BTW, 1.01S is really old firmware. You might look into getting these updated. Current version is 2.102.
