I attempted to upgrade a STS Flash to 20053 and something went wrong. I can no longer access the voice-mail via the serial connection, or by dialing one of the extensions. It shows "out of service" in the STS Config.
Anyway to bring it back to life?

I think you are slam out of luck. The voice mail may need a trip to Aztec for this one. The only way to reinitialize is using the serial cable. Did the baud rate change on you?

I'm with Derrick unless you changed your Baud rate without knowing it's gonna need shipped for repair. I have only seen 1 die out of hundred that I have out there. I couldn't connect to it and it would show up in config OOS. I put a temp one in place and shipped to Aztec for repair. Never did find out what exactly they fixed.

My baud rate didn't change. I'll try several different rates to see if the card's baud rate changed.
