If you search "acd*" it comes up with just one thread but I know that I have seen many ACD threads in the Toshiba forum. As a matter of fact there is one that was posted today that doesn't show up on the search. Is there any way that the developers at UBB Central can fix the search function or am I searching things the wrong way? Thanks in advance

nortelvoip Member Joined: Aug 2012 Posts: 108 Likes: 1 WNC	Hi Bill Just "thumbing through" the first 10 pages of Toshiba forums I found 9 threads that have ACD in the subject or body of the thread. (See links below) I just wanted to make sure that the board admins were aware of this issue with the search engine. Like you, when I searched for ACD I only found a couple of threads under the Toshiba forums using the advanced search. But it seems odd that its not picking up everything. I also tried searching with quotes and a * and was only able to find couple threads. I like so many others love the support and assistance received from this board and I will do all I can to assist others on the forum as well. You do have to keep trying different things until it give you what you're looking for. Retired phone dude
