Welcome to the Allworx forum. This forum is here to help Allworx end users and administrators. Basic Installer type questions will be answered with a mind for what to do not how to. Detailed installer questions are to be asked in the Installer forum.
Post your question with as much detail as possible. Please include the system model and software version. Most often that means going/being on site and investigating the issue BEFORE posting your question. People here volunteer their time. Providing as much information as possible will speed things along.
Also, make sure your profile is completely filled out. We would like to know who the information is going to and how technical our answers can be. The more that's filled out the quicker you'll get a reply along with less questions needing to be asked about who you are, what model, what software version, etc.
Please do not post passwords or any other privileged information. A good rule of thumb is, if its not in a user guide then don't post it here. You may use the Send a Private Message button or use the Installer forum to ask more advanced questions.
If you need an admin password reset on an Allworx system PM a forum moderator. Board policy is that passwords are not to be posted, so don't ask. There may be a charge for this assistance to be arranged between you and the Moderator.
