In emanager, is there any way to view the status of Stratafy CSU card?

My manager wants me make sure to find out if both our CSU card active.

Are you referring to the PRI or T1 cards?

You can go to 'Mainenance' in eManager, and look at that card slot to see if the card is faulted or idle.

In the maintenance windows these are what I see:

CIX Processor IP address
SNMP Community Name
CIC Processor MAC
Licensing
SM/SD Card
SM/SD Ftp account
CIX Backup Data
CIX Software update
Activate CIX Update
IP Firmware update
Hardware Info and Control
CIX Data Download
VOIP
Memory access
Log/Trace file setup

There is nothing about card slot.
Could that be somewhere else in the eManager system?

The card slot info will be under Hardware info and Control. The top window will show the cards. The PRI may say Idle, even if it is down.

Click on the card. The bottom window will show a fault if the PRI is down.

I see that now.
When I click the CIX Processor the status is normal.

But When I select the cabinet to view the interface card the status is showing idle for both the cards.

When I open the cabinet one card is solid red and the other is blinking red.

Are we dealing with bad cards?
Thank you so much.

No I believe that is normal, the blinking light means that PRI is controlling the timing for both. Kind of like a master/slave thingy. What problems are you experiencing?
