Faithwalker Member Joined: Aug 2012 Posts: 1	Polycom Sound Station 2W. Voice Quality of the Line is bad according to most callers we call. I went through Charging the Battery, Changing to 3 different phone lines. Testing the MICS. It had good quality 1 month AGO and now it seems the Voice Quality is getting worse. I spoke with Tech support about MICs failing and they said the sound was fine.
