Got my first SBX on bench just playing. Can do all programming I need to thru PC. That works fine. I get out of PC Admin. Try to program thru phone. Can get into program mode & access the different programs. When I enter the data it will not save. I'm only trying to change the day/month programming. It will not save any changes. What have I missed?
Thanks for your help.

Are you hitting hold/save after making changes? Don't let the beeeps fool you.

Program 046 only works for networked systems. It is not the normal day and time programming function for setting the displayed date. That is done as an attendant function. Good luck finding that in any online user guide. You have to go back to user guide 1.0 for most functions. The documentation for this system is LAME.
To set date and time...tran/pgm 04 then 1, set it, then hold save from the attendant station.
Or
System Time and Date 1. From any admin phone Trans/PGM * then # 2. Trans/PGM 178 3. Flex 1 is time 4. Flex 2 is date 5. Flex 3 Day light savings time on or off, 1 is on and 0 is off. Set up Daylights savings to auto change once enabled by going back to Flex 1,2,3 and make appropriate changes. 6. To get out of this all you need to do is hit the speaker button and go back to idle state.

Ed, I had the switch 4 set to off. Toni had me do another PC Admin software change & also change the software on the KSU to 3.5 as. Iwas using 3.5 al. Didn't make a difference. Switched switch 4 to on & now I can program from the phone. I thought I read somewhere to leave switch 4 in the off position.

Looks as if we are all still learning. Let's stick together, guys. That is the only way that we are going to overcome this transition.

Hey, this can't be right. If I leave it on you can program from phone. If power surge you lose it all. I know you shouldn't have to flip the switch 4 just to program from phone. I got to think something else is going on.
