Dave, I went to V-Connect trying to find old webinars the other day but couldn't find them. The site was not an easy one to navigate. Can you point me in the right direction for the webinars? All I could find were upcoming webinars. Thanks

Dave, the link you sent me was to the vertical site itself. I already have a username and password. I'm trying to view old webinars. All I see are the upcoming ones. Where are the old ones hidden? I looked in the archives, but all I see are manuals or adobe files. Maybe I'm wrong, but aren't there old webinars that have the voice conversation attached? That's what I'm looking for. BTW, the 3.5 manual still shows 12x32 configuration. Is that a typo? I thoughtI read it was 24x48 with the 3.5 version.

See under: Products \ SBX \ Presentations

That bad 12x32 documentation almost gave me a heart attack last week. I just got an approval on a 40 station quote. Other documentation showed the capacity as 24x48 but when the manual didn't, I was beside myself. That is when I went and downloaded the webinar to hear the presentation verify that 24x48 was correct. The whole episode was quite disconcerting.

I listened to two or three of the webinars and I think I might actually like the system. I thought it was funny when the instructor had a problem recording the main greeting though. He just kept getting a busy signal, but finally figured out the code. DOH!
My first SBX should arrive tomorrow, and that gives me a week or so to learn it before my first install. I think I will make a generic template and use it for future installs. Thanks for your help Dave.
