Another SBX Question
How do you transfer directly to someones voicemail without ringing their phone first?
All extensions are currently programmed for predefined call forward to voicemail if they do not pick up.
I have certainly done this before in the Comdial world, but I am not sure how to do it in the Vertical/SBX world.
Thanks again for those rendering assistance to us newbies on SBX.

You are the man.
Not sure how you found that transfer setting, but it worked like a charm
Thanks again

Dig into the documentation at the vconnect web site. Its all there, just have to look for it. I know its hard to do when you are trying to do an install. Best thing to do is play with it on the bench as much as you can before install.
