What kind of problems? Is this a brand new install? What is your level of comfort on these? Have you installed any before? They can be a little confusing putting all the pieces together for the first few times. Vertical has Webinars that can be a great help. Have you taken any?

This system is two years old. I work for my brother and take care of his computers/phone system. I got the manuals and program using the PC at station #100.Eight phones and only rings in at station #100. What they (women) wanted was to have station #100,#104 ring with option to answer the call at any station. I did this put, when incoming call was not answered in time,the auto answer at station #1 would not answer with message.

I'm trying to go through the Webinars, hace not yet.

Ted, Care to chime in again? (or Larry, or...) I still tend to reference the manual which takes time. Some of you guys seem have it off the top of your head.

Use a hunt group or set preset call forward for the CO lines.

Sorry, Haven't been here for a bit. Larry's got it right from what I can see. As far as knowledge, I'm just learning this thing also. I think I know and then have to go back to the manual. But it does tend to grow on you.
