I know you can record AA greetings remotely if you program a "Record System Prompt" option in the AA menu. When you select the option, it prompts for a password. Where is that password set? Is there a default password?
Thanks!

You can set record greetings in Custom Call routing, but heck if I can figure out where to set the password, unless it is the admin password.

Password is the phone password for station 100 (System Admin phone). There is not a default password, but it's been my experience that you need to create one to be able to record the greeting (authorization code).

Dimension is correct... Any remote functions require that user to have an password on there station. To get VM's remotely, to record prompts etc...
