I have an Inter-Tel phone system that requires hitting the flash key twice to conference all parties together. I purchased a Panasonic wired conference phone that works just fine. They wanted to go to wireless so I purchased a Polycom Soundstation 2W conference phone. The instructions tell me to dial the first party then hit the people button which is the conference button(or flash key) but then the instructions tell to dial the second party hit the flash key again and you should all be connected then in order to release second party called hit the key again. Therefore when I try to hit the key twice to conference us all together I lose the second party and only have the first on the call. Has anyone out there ever had any luck with getting this to work correctly? My software on the Soundstation 2W is version 1.373.
Thanks for your help. :bang:

After hitting the Flash key you need dial the conferencing feature code. So if your codes are default, you'd get your 1st party on the phone and hit Flash 5 to get your conference tone, then dial up your next party and hit Flash 5, Flash 5 to join all 3 together.

Even trying the Flash 5, Flash 5 still hangs up on the second caller.
