I have 3 Polycom VS300 phones in our office conference rooms hooked up through an SLC card into an Intertel Axxess phone system running v10. The phone will call internal extensions properly but when dialing the phone I cannot get the phone to ring. If I am calling the phone and it is ringing I can pick up the phone and the call will be connected, but it will not make a ringing sound prior to that. Are there any settings that would allow the Polycom phone to ring when called?
I believe I have tried extended ring cadence, but nothing else really. I have verified that it is not on DND or anything like that.

To troubleshoot, connect a regular household phone to the jack and then call the extension to see if it rings. If it doesn't, I'd suspect the ring generator on the card might be bad.
Turns out the problem was a bad ring generator on the SLC card. All is good now. However, we are unable to create conference call sessions from these phones. Does anyone know if there are any settings that will help?
The phones will put another party on hold when I initiate the conf. call, but then when I try to connect all 3 parties it will drop one.
