Ok, so iam just starting to learn some of the VoIP cisco stuff, I have set up a small lab system with a ISDN PRI emulator and old 3640 with CME on it and a MC3810 with a T1/PRI in it to use as a gateway.
I have the inbound calls coming into the 3810 and going back out H-323 to the CME ok. I can dial the 4 digit extension numbers and recieve calls.
I am now trying to figure out the dial-peers in the CME to send the calls out to the 3840.
Any one got some ideas ?

Most 3810s don't support VoIP just VoFR and VoHDLC. Normally when you want to send a dial peer to a voip gateway you use the command session target ipv4:192.168.222.1 pointing to the voip gateway. What code are you running on it? You can configure the FXO like this:
voice-port 0/0/0 no vad no comfort-noise connection plar 25440 (Overlay on phones) description 276-xxxxx caller-id enable ! voice-port 0/0/1 no vad no comfort-noise connection plar 25440 description 276-xxxxxx caller-id enable ! voice-port 0/0/2 no vad no comfort-noise connection plar 25440 description 276-xxxxxx caller-id enable ! voice-port 0/0/3 no vad no comfort-noise connection plar 25440 description 276-xxxxxx caller-id enable ! voice-port 0/1/0 no vad no comfort-noise connection plar 25440 description 276-xxxxxx caller-id enable ! voice-port 0/1/1 no vad no comfort-noise connection plar 25440 caller-id enable ! voice-port 0/1/2 no vad no comfort-noise connection plar 25440 caller-id enable ! voice-port 0/1/3 no vad no comfort-noise connection plar 25440 caller-id enable !dial-peer voice 10 pots description Inbound Call Leg incoming called-number . direct-inward-dial port 0/0/0 forward-digits all ! dial-peer voice 11 pots description Inbound Call Leg incoming called-number . direct-inward-dial port 0/0/1 forward-digits all ! dial-peer voice 12 pots description Inbound Call Leg incoming called-number . direct-inward-dial port 0/0/2 forward-digits all ! dial-peer voice 13 pots description Inbound Call Leg incoming called-number . direct-inward-dial port 0/0/3 forward-digits all ! dial-peer voice 14 pots description Inbound Call Leg incoming called-number . direct-inward-dial port 0/1/0 forward-digits all ! dial-peer voice 15 pots description Inbound Call Leg incoming called-number . direct-inward-dial port 0/1/1 forward-digits all ! dial-peer voice 16 pots description Inbound Call Leg incoming called-number . direct-inward-dial port 0/1/2 forward-digits all ! dial-peer voice 17 pots description Inbound Call Leg incoming called-number . direct-inward-dial port 0/1/3 forward-digits all ! ! dial-peer voice 91 pots (outgoing peers) preference 4 destination-pattern 9.T port 0/0/0 ! dial-peer voice 92 pots preference 3 destination-pattern 9.T port 0/0/1 ! dial-peer voice 93 pots preference 2 destination-pattern 9.T port 0/0/2 ! dial-peer voice 94 pots preference 1 destination-pattern 9.T port 0/0/3

Hmm, the 3810 must be doing Voip or it would not be passing the calls from the 3810 down to the 3640 running CME.
As I said I need the 3640/CME to send via voip calls from it up to the 3810 and out the PRI.
The 3640 has no voiceports in it at all.
