I have just taken over maintenance on an NBX 100. In the NBX messaging, there is a general mailbox, 161. I would like to put a key on several of the phones that would show when there is a message in that box, but when I use the MWI for voicemail and put 161 in the extension field, I receive a "No device exists with the specified extension" error. I'm assuming this is because there is no physical or virtual device (ran a device list report) associated with that 161 extension number, only in the voicemail. Is there any way to do this?

What I have done is sacrifice a single line phone for this, associated with the mailbox.
