I got wrangled in to installing a 3com super stack. It's actually a re-install comming out of storage. I'm not a 3com guy. Can anyone offer support or if you are in the OC California area you can have it. It's plugged in. the phones (3102's) are scanning "searching for NCP..". then "system reseting in 5 seconds..... OK to turn of power". They dont' seem to be getting an IP. there is a working DHCP server on the network. There is the super stack and 3com switch (PoE 4500). The switch has an IP labeled on it and I see it with an IP scanner on the network. I can browser to it but no one has a login and password. I have done IP scans on the network and find any IP's associated with the 2 ethernet ports on the super stack its self.
