I have an account with a TDS-320 that has two PRIs with 200 DID numbers. I have one extension that the out bound CID shows the main number instead of the DID number. The line provider says they have checked everything it must be something in the PBX. I have checked all setting and they match all other extensions and all lines are set the same. I don't do much PRI work so I'm not sure what the next step should be. Any ideas?
