If it is a standard carbon transmitter, but in the smaller [non-standard] size, check Phoneco in Wisconsin.

They will also have the standard carbon units.

where can you get one of those 2300 phones? Or just the head sets, don't acually need the phone portion.

Come to think of it, can I just buy the transmitter?
It is a 2500 type telephone set. It is a handset.

I posted the exact pictures with their exact nomenclature, so that there would be zero confusion on your part. The telephone is illustrated so that you would recognize the most popular telephone set ever produced. The handset is likewise the most ubiquitous one in the country.

A T-1 transmitter is worth about $0.50 or less. If that's what you need, I'll send you one, free. If it turns out that you need a different one, take a measurement and tell us the dimensions. I'm sure that we have what you need. All we need from you is the right info.

If you already know the source...Radio Shack....why not just go yourself and buy one?

Is that the part number of the entire telephone, or the part number of the microphone/transmitter?

In order:

because that number was (as far as I can tell) last used in the 80's. They don't support it anymore.

I do belive it is

and the entire phone.

oh, and diameter is 2 and 3/4 of an inches as far as I can tell.
