I haven't looked at an Axxent system, but if it's like the Axxess system, there should be a MOH hole the looks like a headphone jack.
You can plug in you music source there and then check under system flags to make sure it's enabled.
To make the MOH play on a station, you should be able to dail 313 to turn it on/off.

On the back of the PC next to the com ports you should see your headphone jack.

Let me know if you need additional assistance with the Inter-Tel Axxent. We are Axxent Authorized/Certified and would be happy to help as needed, including documentation if necessary. Good luck!

Thanks guys but i a MOH company and I cant see paying $65.00 dollars for a manuel when all i need is to hock up MOH. I will try to find a dealer In the AZ area that knows this system. I am always looking for installer all around the US to install MOH systems. If you know your stuff it only takes about 15 min at the most. and we pay you direct. Anyway thanks.
The install i use in that area does not know this system every thing is in place but the programing.....

Thanks but they decided to put in a Partner system instead.

Also tel-programmer.com doesn't charge by the manual, they only charge a one time 39.50 for a membership fee for access to all manuals any time you need them.

You may also want to join this site, it may help you find installers for you jobs.
