Your copy is correct. It most likely didn't complete last time if they were doing it via the modem and they may not have noticed. Pgm is usually 712K and ACD 949K

Brian,
The features on the phone system have stayed the same since we bought the system in 2000. the feature is AACD15.

I was beginning to suspect what mc601 has confirmed for me in their last posting that the vendor may have not noticed the ACD backup had not fully completed.

My pgm ended up being 712k and the ACD was 949K.

I have searched the Internet to either buy, beg, borrow or "find" (wink, wink) a copy of Procomm Plus, but Qmodem Pro for Windows (which can still be found on the "Net") seems to be working for me.

A big thank you to nonameyet, mc601, and daneboy330 for their help on backing up my IDS 228. I still need to contact jjmaly about helping reactivate my copy of the VXC drive.

If you are going to screw around with the hard drive, you might as well just switch it to a flash drive and then not have to worry about it. jjmaly can hook you up with one of those.

You should always do the backups. system and acd files will never change in size.
ACD is larger then system backup.
If you need to update your battery on the CPU, you will need us to reload your OPTIONS.
this can be done after hours or on weekend.
do this sooner then later, because next time you turn off your system it will not come back up.
I see this every other day, because I get the phone calls to reload the options.

Executone super tech.
