We wired some new phones and they are not working... so just for grins I plugged in a model 32 phone and it WORKS FINE!!! but when I plug in the model 64 phones, they never boot, Just a clarity question...when you are swapping the phones around, are you using the same cord from the phone to the wall? Have you eliminated the cord being the problem?

Check you power supply at one time we had the same touble with M64 phone and it was power. Juno
