having an issue with WiCMC, multiple phones seem to have MWI activated with no messages. Have went through system and made sure that refresh lights is not turned on as well as reconciliation. (have tried on /off - same results) when doing #5/#175 to see who left message find ext 2110 had left msg. The NPL does not contain a 2110 anywhere. then pressed #11 to call back party then hit Caller id button (#128) found it was the VM leaving the message. Does not go to APDL, instead it goes directly to general greeting.

Was there ever an extension 2110? What is the history of this system and have you managed it over its lifetime?

no, never an extension 2110.
System has always been very stable. The iCMC had failed in it so pulled back the wiCMC from a smaller branch office that only had 20 users, put this VM in main office. Branch office never had this problem that i know of. Pointed branch office to different office for VM that had a sufficient size VM.
All of our systems use routable numbers only, this in for in the event we need to failover to another site, everything is already built we just re-direct toll free numbers for ACD and Composit.
I have managed the system since the beginning.

The only thing you might want to check is the PLIS to see if a port was named 2110.

Try doing a #5 #10 to clear the light.
