I recently installed an expansion card on our ctx system so that I could add 3 extensions. I installed the board and all extensions receive calls and work as expected, except they do not ring on an incoming call. They ring when connected to the system and on intercom calls, but do not ring on incoming calls. There also are analog adapters connected to the original extensions that with a cordless attached would cause the cordless to ring on an incoming call, but will not ring now.
Does this sound like a programing problem or a board? I could understand the new extensions not ringing if the board was defective, but I cannot figure out why the analog extentions do not function as before.
All original extensions (except analog adaptors) operate the same as pre-expansion, so we have a fully functional systems except alerting the new extensions to an incoming call.

check your CO-settings for incoming calls on those extensions in programming. I think they come default as no ring.
