Are you trying to terminate a CO Connection on your new KSU? Or on a Single line terminal block?
I'm not really sure what you're trying to do so I'll post.....something. If it's not what you want come back and ask again.
There are two wires from your CO connection Tip (T) and Ring (R) they can be White & Blue or Green & Red or White with a Blue Stripe (W/BL) & Blue with a White Stripe (BL/W).
Or they could be something else entirely - but those are the most common.
Not being familiar with your KSU I'm not sure how the terminals inside are labeled but you may see something like:
1T
1R
T1
R1
A
A1
LG
L
RG
RC
2T
2R
T2
R2
A
A1
LG
L
RG
RC
etc.
These groups of 5 pairs each make up one line that will appear on a Keyset. 1T & 1R is the first T & R going in to the KSU 2T & 2R would be the second line going in to the KSU etc. You would punch down T&R from the CO on 1T & 1R.
Your station connections would go on the T1 R1 A A1 LG & L connections. On a 25 pair cable, they would be White/ Blue, Blue /White (W/Bl, Bl/W) on T1 R1. White/ Orange, Orange/White (W/O, O/w) on A, A1. White /Green, Green/ White (W/G, G/W) on LG, L. Your Yellow /Slate, Slate/Yellow wires (Y/S, S/Y) would go on the RG. RC leads. That's line 1.
For Line 2 you would connect a second CO connection to 2T & 2R. You would then wire up White/Brown, Brown/White (W/Br, Br/W) to T2 R2. White/ Slate, Slate/White (W/S, S/W) go to A & A1 of the second line and then Red/Blue & Blue/Red go to L & LG. You would then strap the RG &RC connection from Line 2 to the RG&RC connections from line 1. This allows your bell to ring on both lines.
To hook up a single line phone you would connect the W/Bl, BL/W connection from the phone (or Red & Green depending on how it's wired) to T1 & R1. After connecting the CO to 1T &1R and plugging in a 400 card into slot #1 you should have dial tone on the Single line set.
I hope I answered your question. If not - ask away.
