How can I use a spare CO port on my pbx to page to a bogen self amplified speaker? Is this possible?

The key is a trunk level paging access. A Viking PI-1 or a Valcom V2001A come to mind.

The PI-1 only feeds with 12 volts, so it may not work in your case.
