I currently have a customer who has a Nortel CICS system, and attached to that is a Valcom V-2003AHF 3 zone talkback paging system. The system, w/ Valcom talkbalk speakers, is installed in a warehouse and all three zones are used. The all call works fine, but as the product describes, the talkbalk feature only works zone by zone. They would like all zones to be talkbalk simultaneously as when a page for an employee goes out, the front office ususally does not know which zone they are in. I do not believe Valcom or any other vendor makes a product that will do talkbalk on multiple zones simultaneously. Is there any sort of workaround?
