Does any one have a suggestion for a successful solution of Y cord. Right now we are using GN8050 amplifier with GN2100 headset. We also use Y cord, so we can have two person on the same conference call. Our Y cords are failing so quickly like a dirty baby diapers. We are not limiting ourself to our current set-up by using GNetcom products- we are open to alternative solutions. The only requirement which we need is to have the ability for conference call with two users.

One more thing- our VOIP is through the sound card on the PC. WE could either use out sound card or USB.

Do a google search for voip phones. I know Uniden had a base that plugged in to something and I believe four cordless phones which would give you everything you need.
Could you not plug two usb phones into a powered USB bus? Look for SKYPE compatible phones.
Have you tried y-cords at the sound card, not at the headset level?
