I have a bunch of IX-24KTD-SP that some administrators what to turn off the speakerphone feature. I know in the past I have done it, but was so long ago that I don't remember how to do it. Can anyone tell me the feature codes to disable the speaker phone feature on all incoming calls?
Thanks in advance

You can try to change a phone from receiving voice ICM calls to tone ICM calls by pressing FEAT 65 at the receiving phone(toggles voice or tone). If that doesn't work, you may have to enter system programming and check/change settings in 04.22 and 10.48. Hope this helps.

Also, you can disable the microphone on the phones by pressing the MIC button or dialing FEAT 061 (Lamp on=MIC disabled), and FEAT 61 (lamp off=MIC enabled).
