I know nothing about the Iwatsu systems, but someone is calling me to find out if the sets can be programmed to assume 9. Is there a hotline feature or pickup dial available in station programming? Thanks in advance.

I think by assuming you mean "adding" a 9. Yes, you can do this by setting up optimized routing (Class 17).
If you are talking about having the station programmed to dial a 9 so that the customer doesn't have to you can do that too. It is labeled as "Prime Line" (Class 10).

Kevhawk13,
If you want to have one extension automatically dial 9. You will need to do the following
FOR Prime Line: 1. [10.09] Enter 9 at the extension 2. [11.21] = Yes for all trunks to be accessed
I hope this helps
