On our ECS we have an extension number that is active at two locations. We have the 12-KTD plugged in to one of the extensions. The other extension has no phone attached. Only some of the 12-KTD features work. Can this be fixed, i.e. the duplicate extension removed, by using the ECS Programmer, or is there a physical change required in the PBX?
