7200 system with pri phones are set to forward all it does forward the call, but the caller hears nothing on their side it just sounds like the call didn't go through. the external number will ring 1 time, and say missed call if the caller stays on the line it will ring the cell phone again 1 time and say missed call it will do this a couple of times, and then the caller will get a recording saying your call didn't go through. i have the call forward external time set to 1 sec.

you need to set in MMC 2xx Ten on & off. ICM EXT FWD should be set to Yes. if set to No you cannot forward any calls. also on a PRI you cannot forward calls if they are ringing a STN group.

Thanks

Is that DID going to an actual extension or a virtual? That message the caller hears "Your call did not go through" where is that coming from, is it from the Voicemail or a CO message? If you route that DID to the SVMi and use a Dial Block will the call go through? Sorry for the questions but just trying to get some more information so we can point you in the right direction.

OK what is the "number you are delivering" to the CO from the stations. Is it the same as an allowed number that you are assigned? If you are sending a false number from the system the CO might not allow the call.
You need to check your "send CLI" tables and make sure they are correct. Obviously you can make outbound calls directly but thats is not to say that the system in not sending the station number and the CO is denying it.
