I have four locations all networked together though the MGI. We can dial all four locations from any location. But when i try to create a station group with a remote extension in it, it does not work....hmm....

When you say create group with remote extns in it do you mean a group in another mode from the extns and are all the groups same number eg 500 in all modes

OK i figured something out. I was able to give unique station groups extension numbers and then build the routes in the LCR. So now i can manually dial between sites using station groups, But how would i put that on a button.

Ex: To press the button with remote SG extension number.

I get the old error OF [Tel Number]

Daniel i can see two ways you can do it if anyone knows another please let us all know
one speed dial trunk route eg 803
mode ni eg 199
group eg 520 with members in
useing say speedail 100 803-199520#
making speedail key 100
two make remote site a new number in virtual extn
eg 9999
do lcr in swtich and on remote switch xxx ddi 9999 =520
then give a ds key with a vitual extn number on your switch that has a all call foward to 9999
hope this makes sense
