Did you ever get a resolve for this issue? I am have the same problem on our site through Gamma IPDC on a 7200 v4.30a

Well we finally had some os7100 runnning with some sipgate provider and it worked fine. no other things tested but it worked.
i have to checkout again the settings and perhaps i post it here
