These are SCS Impact 12 button phones. When I swap a small lcd with a large lcd, I get the "no communication error." If I put the old phone back on its fine. When I looked in the programming the extension was already set for a large lcd version, so what could I be missing? I've seen this before and just gave up and left the extensions on whatever phone they had.

you might have the wrong card in the switch and that will make it not work

The Large Screen must be installed on a LDS-16 not a SDS-16.
