I have a WYSE monitor and keyboard connected to Comdial-InnTouch system. I have always used this monitor and keyboard to set up wake-up calls. Now the only thing I see on the the monitor screen is:

FDX 1- 1
__________________________ long horizontal line
<-- blinking cursor here

I tried
ctrl+shift+ _ --> shift+i --> shift+8 --> XXX --> shift+8
as other Internet sources say, but it didn't work. What should I do to make this work? Thanks!!!
