System is an FXII running software 17F
We have 20-30 iPrimo phones in service. When an employee makes an All Call in the office the users at home do not hear the All Call over their VOIP iPrimos.
Is this normal? Or is there a setting I need to change for All Call to work over iPrimo?

Are they assigned in the receive page field?

That fixed it. I just had to add the iPrimos to the receive page field under programming, systems, paging zones.
