Couldn't you just use a piece of 25 pair with plugs crimped on the end?

Have you checked Express Communications? https://www.expcomm.com (posting the link because they're not the easiest site to find if you're just trying different URL's). Don't get stuck on the specific manufacturer names. You may find something designed for another purpose that works for you. Their products are not built so exact that they fit the specific manufacturer's product to a tee, so you might find something that works just by looking around their site. Justin

I have some break out cables that i specially ordered a few years back. 25 pair > (2pair - 6p4c mods - shrink wrapped)x12, 25' long. Will work perfect for you application. Let me know if you are interested.
