Also, if anyone happens to have a 16-port card with this problem, let us know. It would be nice to be able to predict where this problem will pop up, until they come out with a fix.

Interesting that this came up. We just became aware of this issue. Our phones are in fact on an 8 port expansion card.

I'm experiencing the same issue with port/extension 110 having its buttons light up for no reason on the 8-port expansion card on a new DX-120 system. I already unassigned the features and swapped out phones. It might be a coincidence its port 110 as your problem is, but I'm suspecting a dirty phone jack (an upside down mounted wall jack that's been there at least 15 years) or a bad cable that is causing noise (I've seen a Progressive Electronics toner cause a DX-80 phone's buttons to light up). I replaced the wall jack and used the spare paris...will see what happens for a week.

I think you're going to find this to be a design flaw. I now have three systems with the 8 port board and extension 110 screwed up.

So this is all happening on DX120 extension 110, when using the DPM8? It's not shown up on DX80, other than the one JWRacedog ran across with the extension in the DX80 KSU2?

Yep--and that happened on a system that's been up and running for about 5 years. Go figure.

We are seeing it on extensions other than 110.

This should probably move to the installers forum. Delron, aweaver, do you guys have access to that forum? If you do I'd like to move the thread there. Mark
