Tech support has stated that they haven't heard of this problem. I have 3 DX-120 systems that intermittently have one or more station sets that will switch by themselves to military time. They may switch back after making a call or clear itself the next day when the time rolls over again.
Anybody else have this issue? Tech support says they haven't heard of this but I've spoken to a couple of other dealers that have. Any ideas. I never saw this on the DX-80 or on any other TECOM system.
Thanks, Bill.

I've not seen it yet but I'm sure I will. You have been real good at bringing these issues to light. Keep us posted. Mark

Have seen it twice..always assumed the customer changed the system time format by accident.

So far I haven't seen it system wide, only on individual stations.

I ran into it two weeks ago on an older version (F39 or before) DX-80 with two cabinets. Extension 139, by itself, went to military time. I did some research, found nothing--then reset phone. That fixed it.

Had the same issue with one here. Customer said that it changes then goes back on its own. Have never seen it happen. It is only be reported by one user on that system.

It must be an undocumented feature.

Spoke to Comdial Product manager about this last week. They are aware of it and are working on a fix.

Support had me send them some data files from systems that are experiencing the issue.
We have also figured out that extension 110 using an 8 port expansion card has a problem with military time and buttons that light up for no apparent reason. We are not sure if the 16 port expansion card has this issue with 110.
Definitely a weird problem.
