We have here DSU II and COMDIAL IMPACT phones. When outsied caler is caling systen is ringing 4 times and if not picked up AA is picking such call. How to change system so in will do this same after just one ringing.

From station 10 Press ITCM *#746*, dial 17, dial 1. Press Speaker to end. This will set the delayed ring timer to 6 seconds and that's as low as you can get it. Hope this helps.

Just set the lines to immediate ring on the AA with program 54 option 1

program 54 require entry/selection of vioce main ports ## to be programed - problem is, so I don't know these numbers and don't know how to find them.
